Bio
Connie English was born in Oakland, California, the home of international diversity. So it comes as no surprise that her work appeals to a diverse and international audience.

She has been recognized in the international magazine "Mosaic Art Now" which features 96 out of 1100 images submitted world wide and chosen by a jury of 6 from Brazil, New Zealand, Japan, UK, Cape Town Africa and the US. Her work has been shown in a group exhibition in Devon, England as the only American artist among 69 European artists.

Published nationwide in the Society of American Mosaic Artists Spring 2008 issue, her work has been exhibited locally in a solo show at City Hall in Walnut Creek, CA and the Bedford Gallery "Local Voice" group exhibit - juried by Phil Lindares, Chief Curator of the Oakland Museum.

Her work is available at 4th Street Studios in Berkeley, local galleries and by appointment at her studio in Lafayette, CA.
